Month: November 2002

  • Yesterday was interesting. Went to a client and did some programming review with him. It's a small account but i've made it a pet project of mine since I do like cigars and a good Rum and Coke. well, no drinking on the job but the cigar was great. he's been in business for a while now but he's only recently seen the fruits of his labor. All this thanks to some friends of his who helped him "wake up" from a nightmarish situation that he was in with someone of the opposite gender. The things that make you go,hmmm. Anyway, I'd like to see him maximize on his hard work some more now that the "word" is out on his product and the references are beginning to work for themselves.

Can't believe the holidays are right on our heels and gaining on us in what seems like hours these days. Enough posting for now.

It was good to do good. Sounds simple, I know but I'm not the kind of guy who would normally go around "posting" this on line. At least not until today. Feels good.

  • Just making a note that this coming Sunday, November 10, 2002, is the Marine Corps 227th Birthday. Semper Fi to all my fellow Marines who served with me and have become part of my family over the many years since our days in the Corps. Semper Fi to all former and present Marines both here at home and abroad. Remember, there is no such thing as an "ex-Marine".
