  • Simply a good book to get back into the swing of things physically. Bit by bit you can get back into "fighting" shape - no matter how out of shape you're in. It gives you the breakdown of the body and nutrition and muscles and how they work,fatigue and rebuild. Nothing too technical. Just enough to make you aware of what's going on and the various programs for various figures and sports. I highly recommend it.
